I was pleasantly surprised
My most recent 2 phonecalls to the practice were very good, both receptionists were very pleasant, engaging & helpful, showed interest in my calls, I was pleasantly surprised & grateful for genuine good customer care. My examination by Veena was the best I have had, her approach was very calming with a lovely personality, great engagement & knowledge. I immediately felt calm in the chair which is a first for me. I have noticed a change in experience at the practice for the better. Well done to you all.

Quick extraction
Good service, was able to get a next day emergency appointment for a broken tooth. On time appointment, quick extraction, left Mill House with after care instructions, very friendly and efficient dentist who gave me my options and carried out the procedure quickly and with care.
