Incredibly caring dentist and hygienist. Very glad to have been able to join this surgery when I moved to the area over 15 years ago and always pleased with the treatments and front of surgery reception. Oscar (my dentist) is an artist and has helped me immensely with some rather substantial dental issues and Chaz (hygienist) is super friendly and helpful. A wonderful team and surgery. Highly recommended!

My experience
I've been coming to the practice for nearly 4 years now and unfortunately it has been going downhill throughout this period. I've had my dentist swapped twice because my previous one went private only, and then staying on thr NHS version I've found over my past 3 visits that the time looking at my teeth is roughly 2 minutes whilst time trying to sell me whitening, Invisalign or other private treatments (that i do not ask about or have interest in) has become the bulk of the appointment. Constantly being asked to spend lots of money or to alter my appearance makes for a really uncomfortable visit and for anyone with low self esteem could be hugely damaging. My appointments are also cancelled regularly and the organisation and logisitcs are getting baffling (I was called today 4 hours before my appointment to see if I would move it when it has been planned for 6 months).

Friendly helpful reception staff and dentist who examined my teeth and gums and then gave advice with options for treatment.

Visited to prep ((I thought) to fit a crown, but used to correct high filling from last visit which was causing pain. Another 1/2 months warrior and crown to be prepped and fitted.
