And he is very professional it’s sad he is giving up nhs. But I understand.

Staff on reception were fantastic

The Dentist was very patient with my son who had to have a baby tooth removed. She was understanding and did the procedure giving my son time to cope with each part of it. The staff on reception were fantastic trying to find an appointment that suited my work schedule. All staff were very friendly and I felt went above and beyond.

I was seen promptly at the appointment time. Chaz gave me advice on my last visit on how to clean and floss my teeth effectively. He was pleased with the result and therefore didn't charge me for the visit. Very satisfactory

Mill House Dental Practice

I was sitting waiting for 30 minutes (fine if it was busy) when I got called in and the new dentist I had been moved to was quite rude that I was late/had not checked in (which I had - so this was not my fault). She then proceeded to rush my appointment, was quite abrupt in the way she spoke to me for the rest of the appointment and was not at all clear in explaining her findings and her thoughts on my teeth. In over 10+ years, I have never had an issue at Mill House but this has really put a negative opinion in my mind to the point I will be asking to move to a different dentist.
Receptionist was great and very helpful though.
