My experience
Overcharged for my wife’s treatment, £70.70 for examination and clean. Queried this amount but was told the dentist had to do a deep clean but the time taken would not have allowed for that. Dentist seemed very money oriented suggesting hygienist at extra cost which we refused as have never been told this after 50 years with our previous dentist.

My experience
Staff do not know what they are doing. Dentist was very rude and rough. Pulled my head back with my 2 front teeth. Didnt communicate, nothing, just went ahead and did what she wanted. Then said I had an attitude and didn't feel comfortable extracting my back molar. So left with a hanging tooth in my mouth. Millhouse not the dental surgery for me.

My experience
The dentist asked me which side the x ray had been taken. I don’t know because I’m not a dentist or in the medical profession. The dentist was confused with the x rays that they had taken. I have left feeling confused myself about what is going on and what work needs to be done.

MProfessional and efficient surgery
Professional and efficient surgery by my dentist. Her experience shows throughout the surgery process and it was efficient but not rushed. Only downside was it was a bit difficult to get an appointment but that was with a different dentist.
