Lovely receptionist

Lovely receptionist. So helpful despite being busy. Oscar is very professional and so kind. New hygienist that I have no met before who was so friendly. I normally hate the hygienist.

The dentist was very informative and knowledgeable. And described all the procedures and items and benefits. Receptionist was polite and helpful, all very good.

Welcoming

As ever, Chas and Shannon were welcoming and it is so lovely to see a new receptionist who is actually pleased to see a client and is warm, welcoming and engages with you.

My experience

We always book at least 6 months in advance and not for the first time, the appointments were cancelled and had to be rearranged; at least this time we got more than 2 hours notice. Having booked again, the new appointments turned out to have been made for the dentists lunch hour, this was only noticed 24 hours before the appointments and meant that we were given the option to arrive earlier (impacting 3 people's plans) or cancel and have to wait another month. I was told the reason this had occurred was because the reception staff were new to the role. OK, benefit of the doubt. However after the visit, I went to book for 6 months time only to be offered a time of 1.10, I questioned that that was the dentists lunch hour and the response was an erm, yes. Come on, please learn from your previous mistakes it shouldn't be tp to customers to tell you these things!
