Saw the hygienist today. As I have MS and can suffer from balance issues, it's always an anxious time. As always he did everything he could to help/ accommodate me, even though it makes his job more difficult.

Very kind and speaks clearly
Oscar is always very kind and speaks clearly and loudly so I can hear.
I feel quite guilty that I never take his advice to book with the hygienist but I have had nightmare encounters over the years with sadists who worked previously on pneumatic drills with Wimpy and relations of Vladd the Impaler. A friend who was a dentist said the only useful thing about a hygienist was that they rented his ground floor room!
He always did the descaling and he had hands of an angel. When Oscar does the work I will book my slot and turn up.

After neglecting dental appointments since the start of the pandemic, I returned to Millhouse and started seeing a new dentist, Manveena in March. Unsurprisingly I needed much attention and procedures I’ve never had before, but she was so supportive and reassuring and made even the most daunting appointments (double wisdom tooth extraction) smooth and bearable.

I've Been a patient at Millhouse Dental practice for years now and have never had a bad experience, All of the staff are welcome and friendly and recive regular up dates on appointments etc, The practice is also extremely clean tidy and all COVID rules have been applied so feel very safe they are all doing an amazing job.

Would like to say that Dr Reshmi Bansal is a brilliant dentist. Went in earlier today to get my nerve removed from the tooth. She done it so well and pain free that I actually fell asleep while she was preforming the surgery

Dr Reshmi Bansal is AMAZING!! I have been seeing her for over a year and she always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I hate injections and she just makes you feel so relaxed and calm whilst the procedure takes place. The practice and Dr Reshmi are incredible!!
