Couldn't fault anything
Had a filling fall out before Xmas, as wasn't in any pain, booked an appointment for 2nd January. Everything was fine. Very efficient and explained what was happening. Couldn't fault anything. As this is only a temporary filling, we are going away in a few days, so didn't have time to have a permanent filling.

My daughter saw Raquel today for a New patient examination and to discuss ongoing Orthodontic treatment.
The examination was so thorough and Raquel is so knowledgeable. She really has such a calming manner and really makes you feel at ease. My daughter has always in the past been nervous with going to dental appointments, but this time she was so relaxed with Raquel and her lovely nurse Charlotte.
The receptionist Chloe is also so lovely! You really do feel like one of the family! Highly recommend 👌
