The receptionist at the front desk is always very welcoming, warm and friendly.
For treatment I see Jasmin who is an absolute joy. Her customer service is excellent.
I am very satisfied with the standard of professionalism you provide.
Regarding dentistry Klara, my hygienist does a thorough job and pays particular attention to my needs. She is always friendly and puts my mind at rest whenever I arrive for an appointment.
Lastly, Shadwala, my dentist is the best dentist I have ever had.
Clearly and precisely explaining treatment.
Overall I think I am very fortunate to have treatment in such a wonderful establishment .
My only criticism is that I enquired about Botox and fillers . I was told that I would have to pay for a consultation which I would have been happy to do however normally when I’ve had a consultation the fee goes towards subsequent treatment and apparently this is not the case at your clinic. I will probably go elsewhere for cosmetic treatment.
