Raquel was very helpful and clear at explaining everything I needed to know about the procedure. Making me feel at ease and reassured that I was making a good choice.

I had my crown fall out yesterday. Phoned at 9 am to see if I could get an appointment. My usual dentist was not working. Another dentist said she would see me at mid day. Very happy person .

I had a loose tooth, which the dentist advised needed to come out. I made the appointment on the friday and an appointment made for the monday for the tooth to come out.
Absolutely well pleased with the dentist, no pain and well treated.

I just had my first few appointments here, all the staff are really friendly. My dentist was amazing, she really made an effort to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend, thank you!

Having been to a different dentist for decades I was apprehensive about my appointment. I had a check up with Raquel who I found to be exceptionally professional, thorough and jolly lovely too. She explained absolutely everything to me and I was completely happy and at ease with her as my new dentist. I then went straight in to see Kate , the hygienist, who was also completely professional, knowledgeable and jolly lovely too. Super gentle, explained everything and gives great tips too. I was extremely happy with my visit and would also add that both dental nurses and the receptionist were terrific too. Thank you all for a very positive experience, I would certainly recommend you all willingly.

Yesterday I needed to return to have a tooth extracted which could not be saved. I saw Rachel and her lovely nurse Charlotte. I can honestly say that the whole experience was pain free and really interesting. Rachel told me absolutely everything that was going to happen which I found comforting and absolutely nothing was rushed. Rachel, Charlotte and I had a good natter throughout (them more than me at times!). I left with all aftercare details and a smile on my face. I can honestly say I have not had any pain from the site and have not needed to take painkillers. To top it all, I received a call from Highcliffe Family Dentistry the next morning to see if I was ok - I have never had dental aftercare that good so I thank you wholeheartedly. I would recommend Rachel and Charlotte to extract your teeth anytime (but only if they need extracting!) Thank you to a fabulous team.

Excellent hygienist appointment.

Today I visited the hygienist for my half-yearly check. I was treated kindly and considerately as my teeth were checked and cleaned and I was given helpful advice. I'm not wildly keen about going to the dentist but I always feel cheerful after going to the hygienist and my teeth feel great.

Excellent, Professional, friendly and caring.
My Dental care is in extremely excellent hands.
