I was terrified of the dentist haven't been in years. So my teeth are in bad shape.
Everyone was so incredibly patient with me and so sweet. Everything was explain and we went at my pace. We have a plan for the future which I'm very comfortable with.
Highly recommend.

I’ve visited this practice before and felt well looked after. The dentist is very welcoming and really puts me at ease, the dental nurse was kind and caring and the receptionist is always friendly and polite, which makes the experience reassuring.
This time, however, I was caught off guard when it came to paying. I had originally been quoted £375 as part of my treatment plan, but the bill came to £545. Unfortunately, this hadn’t been mentioned or discussed with me during the appointment, so it was a bit of a shock. For me, that’s quite a big difference and a significant expense, so I would have really appreciated clearer communication about the change beforehand.
Overall, the care itself was very good, but I did feel a little let down by this part of the experience.
