Was in terrible pain from an abscess and phoned High Street Dental Practice to see if I could get an emergency appointment. I was seen the same day in a matter of hours and Karen sorted the problem for me for which I was so grateful. Excellent communication from the reception team also.

Emergency appointment
My experience with High Street Dental has been excellent - from reception staff to my attendance with Karen.
I developed a tooth abscess the weekend before Christmas and was in considerable pain. I e-mailed the practice on Sunday evening hoping for an emergency appointment and was contacted at 8.30 the following morning with an emergency appointment for that day. Karen was excellent - diagnosed the tooth causing the issue ( the pain was so diffuse I couldn’t even tell where it was coming from.) She drained the abscess and started root canal work and the relief was amazing.
I was so impressed with the professional manner / efficiency and friendly attitude of this practice and they came to my aid in a big way.

A quick and pain free experience
I was visiting the practice today for a filling and was not looking forward to it. I mentioned to Jessica that I didn't like fillings so she checked and said that she could do it without the injection. It was a quick and pain free experience. Jessica was also attentive and answered thoughtfully my questions about my Denplan and alternative solutions to my dental needs.
