How satisfied are you with the outcome of your treatment?
Excellent dental care
Reception staff were friendly and helpful, Karen offers excellent dental care and is always kind, professional and capable.
New reception area is much better with very comfortable seating, however, I found the new air-con system in reception much too strong and the air blown into one's face was particularly annoying. I had a watery eye following sitting in a constant draught. Perhaps it could be angled away from people in the waiting area?

Can't wait to go back
My family and I had a great experience today at High Street Dental. The moment we walked into the clinic the receptionist greeted us with the warmest welcome and was extremely helpful. Karen and the dental nurse were so friendly and made my family and I feel so at ease. My little girl loved her visit to the dentist! She already can’t wait to go back. We were so well looked after. Excellent care from start to finish.

High Street Dental Practice
Karen saw me promptly, replaced a section of filling very recently fitted, but unfortunately came free and dropped out during brushing of my teeth. Hopefully the alternative filling applied stays intact.

My experience
Previously the dentist would include a clean and polish at check up but now this is not offered, have to make a separate appointment with hygienist. This won't be until March!!! Unless a cancellation comes up. A long wait.....
