Very good
Friendly greeting and gentle treatment
I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long, years, I couldn't imagine myself sat in the dentists chair, couldn't even pick up the phone to make an appointment. I am so so pleased I finally booked with Smile Sanctuary. They were so kind and understanding and talked me through procedures and gave me reassurance all through the treatment. Thank you.

Excellent all round
All the information I was given about everything that was happening, no pain at all. Excellent all round from everyone.
The only pain is the one in my purse. I still feel that the treatment is very expensive and am not surprised that so many people have bad teeth as they cannot afford to go to the dentist. I'm one of the lucky ones who can find the money if I need it.

First appointment today with the new dentist. Not looking forward to it, but, I cannot praise the practice enough from Kellie the receptionist, to the nurse & to the dentist herself. When Malcom Stander retired he was obviously going to be a hard act to follow.I have had two visits recently here and met Nabiha,Hannah & Kellie, all three of them very friendly and professional ,and the welcome and treatment I received was first class.I would certainly recommend this dental practice.
