Welcomed upon arrival with a warm smile and a conversation - very helpful if someone is feeling a little wary. More smiles when you're called for treatment, plus regular checks that you're okay. Treatment explained and delivered in a calm, warm atmosphere with gentle, soothing music in the background. Aptly named. I'm still smiling!
