My experience
The staff were as pleasant & polite.
I had a checkup / scan - very polite & friendly - scans passed to hygienist
My hygiene clean - hygienist was a locum -
She only did number to check my gums on my upper half only. I was told that’s where mild inflammation has been detected.
She cleaned both my upper & lower but on inspection when I got home - I noticed that she didn’t remove all the plaque around my teeth. Luckily this visit was on my plan but I was made aware that hygiene cost is now £95 - so increased to almost £100 for a shoddy job & poor work ethics.
I think I may have to reconsider my custom here given previous poorly handled grievance.

Hygiene and urgent care
Had a severe infected wisdom tooth and The Courtyard got me in ASAP! Absolutely fantastic care from all staff who I saw but in particular Danielle who was so thorough, her patient care is outstanding. On arrival I was quite upset and distressed and she instantly made me feel calm. She is an absolute credit to The Courtyard! Went above and beyond including aftercare.
