The Courtyard Clinical Academy

Seen on time. Staff friendly but this is the first time I have left the practice and not felt as though my teeth had a professional clean. I know there were some minor spots of plaque but I feel this was not dealt with and the polish did not seem very brisk. Disappointed.

Honestly couldn’t recommend The Courtyard enough! I’ve only got my temps in so far (which look amazing)! I’m beyond impressed already. I’ve had everything explained thoroughly each time when visiting the practice, or over the phone for any questions. Especially grateful for Becky Kane who’s been exceptionally brilliant, who’s gone above and beyond to consistently make me feel at ease. Thank you for everything 😃

Always a pleasant experience visiting The Courtyard Dentist practice. I have been having many appointments of late and everyone I see always gives the best service and any problems are dealt with immediately. I cannot thank The Courtyard enough for their patience and kindness

My appointment was to have a broken crown replaced and as usual I was greeted at reception with smiles and a warm welcome. I’d hardly sat down in the waiting area when I called into the surgery. My planned treatment was explained to me and the preparation of the tooth was completed very efficiently. The scan of my teeth/mouth was taken and the data sent to a 3D printer for my new crown to be made. I left the dentist for about an hour and a half and when I returned I went straight into the surgery to have my new crown fitted. The entire process was very efficient and professional. Thank you.

I arrived early and was greeted by the receptionist, she offered me a drink and sat me down. Marcos saw me early which I didn’t expect and was very easy to talk to. He did my X-ray and then I was seen by Abby who did the X-ray 3d of my whole mouth. She is so friendly and informative. Then Marcos did a mouth exam which includes my gums and bone density. After this I was then informed of my needs. Nothing was pushed on me and I asked loads of questions which were answered in an understandable way ( no big words ). Marcos told me I could wait for my bottom teeth as they were fine for now but would eventually need doing, I could see all this because the X-ray and 3D imaging is there in front of me. To be fair I’m an anxious person but I felt so at ease. All the treatment I will be getting was explained to me and he didn’t sugar coat it ( which I appreciate) because I need to know from start to finish and that’s just what Marcos did. I left feeling happy and excited for my treatment and that’s unusual for me. Hopefully start my treatment soon. I can't wait for my new smile. Thank you Marcos and Abby, you really made me feel welcome, at ease and going forward knowledgeable about my treatment

She is incredibly friendly, honest, and professional, and made me feel at ease straight away.
