The Courtyard Clinical Academy

I first visited Courtyard Dental just over five years ago. My teeth were in a poor state, with gaps, evidence of grinding and most importantly, not only was I in pain, I was suffering from ongoing root infections.
More than anything I wanted an end to the pain and to the constant cycle of antibiotics.
Marcos was completely thorough with his initial investigation and carried out a full 3D head scan and analysis before presenting his solution. His suggestion was over and above what I had in mind and it certainly felt self indulgent but after a great deal of thought (and persuasion at home) I made the decision to have a full dental rebuild.
One year later with four new implants and a full set of veneers in place, my teeth, my health and my smile were completely transformed and all was completed in time for me to deliver my Father of the Bride speech.
It is without doubt, it is the wisest investment that I could have made in myself and I have never once doubted it or regretted it. What's more, I receive regular compliments about my teeth, I can only imagine what people thought about them before I had them done!
Marcos delivered exactly what he promised, I have no issues, no pain and they feel completely normal, I could not have asked for better service. The team at Courtyard are wonderful, both Marcos and Anna are amazingly skilful at what they do, Carla somehow managed to weave appointments around my work commitments and Pam and Rebecca always recognise me and say hello when I'm at the surgery. Fortunately, Danielle says that I'm doing a fine job of looking after them so her 6 monthly check-ups and cleaning have now become wonderfully routine.
If Carlsberg did Dental Practices, they'd struggle to beat this one.

Fitting of Invisalign

Had a front tooth break on the second day of a 3 week trip to the UK from Canada. The practice was able to get me in relatively quickly, use state of the art technology to assess the situation and use their in house lab to build a crown, prep the tooth and install the crown the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional. The cost was reasonable. Could not be happier!

A perfect experience

I had two white fillings put in place by hygiene therapist, Danielle Hinchcliffe. Her work and manner were exemplary. I wasn’t looking forward to the procedure, as it was the first time I’d had fillings in over 30 years. She put me at ease, gave me a break halfway through and the entire time I was pain-free. I think she’s an exceptional therapist.
