So reassuring
As always I was looked after well and the staff were so reassuring asking intermittently if ok when having any treatment. I had a tooth extraction and a temporary implant done, the before and after care is super.

Having visited the Courtyard to drop my wife off for treatment, I spoke briefly to the team at reception to see If I could join the practice and have some hygiene done having been abandoned by my NHS provider. The response was
Perfect, they could Not have done better for me, and they arranged an appointment and consultation super Fast, customer care 100%, technical explanation of the treatment and prevention/after treatment behaviours by me. I learnt more
From them today on care techniques than ever before. The team delivered their service with care, ensuring I understood and addressed my concerns with visiting the dentist ! Thank you team, thank you Marcus. Frank Rose

I had been on an NHS waiting list for 3 years and decided to go private. I was seen quickly and efficiently. I am so happy with the availability of appointments as there are some available in the evening. The staff are pleasant and polite. Everything I ever needed or expected from a dental practice.
