Great service from walking in the door to leaving.
Had treatment for crown being fitted.
Treated by Anna Stokes (Dentist) who was assisted by Trainee Dental Nurse Daniel Ascenio.
Very relaxed, calm and polite in manner.
Informed at each stage of treatment.
Given adequate pain relief and breaks during treatment.
Hi tech scanning equipment and 3D printer to make crown. This was fitted after one hour of initial preparation.
Precise fitting.
Like always service is fantastic and done with a smile. All staff have nice teeth!!

Marcus offers an outstanding service, because he’s so passionate, knowledgeable and driven to keep up to date with innovative practice, providing advanced in-house facilities.

The end result was fantastic
Turning up for my dental checkup and the hygienist it was the usual cheerful and professional greeting by the receptionist. I waited a few minutes in the comfortable lounge and was then called for my appointment. On entering the surgery I was met with another lovely, warm greeting which made me feel very welcome and relaxed. Having informed the dentist of a chipped/broken filling on one of my front teeth she had a quick look then carried out the checkup. On completion, she tried to do a temporary fix on the broken filling but then decided to do it properly there and then. The end result was fantastic and as I’m going away for a few weeks in the next few days it worked out perfectly - thank you. Before leaving I had a CT scan of my teeth as a follow up from two years ago on a specific tooth which was identified as a potential issue in the future - all very reassuring and very thorough.

Invisalign
Overall it was good. Something you can improve on is when allowing the patient to put in the Invisalign, request the patient to wash hands or wear groves prior to putting in the Invisalign.
