I love coming to you, not for so much the dental work just simply because all your staff are so lovely , kind , caring and considerate .
Lovely visit today and my teary are great . What I liked is that my teeth are so sensitive that when cleaning they did not use the spray as it is so uncomfortable. They said they were not going to use the spray so that looked at my records from last time and asked if it was ok still . Now that’s what I call service and attention to detail . Thank you .
Also I was on time . If I can say one very minor thing in the past I have never been checked at the time if my appointment always 15 mins or more late . Today was brilliant in time .

Great skill
The dental work was carried out with great skill and care.
But the whole procedure occupied a whole year and many appointments.
Time seemed to be wasted on temporary crowns. Eventually, an imported crown was fitted.

Emergency appointment
I have recently signed up to a dental plan with the practice. I contacted the clinic as I was experiencing acute pain, which had started rapidly and was becoming progressively worse. I was booked in for an appointment straight away, without delay and without challenge. I felt reassured that it was immediately accepted that any pain or discomfort that a patient experienced would be dealt with without hesitation and without question.
Anna and staff were absolutely lovely, understanding, sympathetic and supportive. I was treated instantly and was provided with pain relief and a follow up plan.
I feel so relieved that I now have the assurance of a dental plan, as there is a strong sense that any problem can be resolved ethically and efficiently.

Fantastic service, fantastic results
I chipped a front tooth and was very upset about it, I was seen very quickly and it was repaired immediately along with other repairs that needed doing, very pleased.

Great, as always
I managed to damage a veneer on holiday. A few texts later (Gabrielle was great and couldn't have helped more) and a new veneer was being prepped. Arrived home and the next working day I have a replacement fitted by Marcos himself!
