Care and attention to detail

The care and attention to detail and the warm, friendly attitude of Kirsty and her assistant (sorry I didn't catch her name). Also the friendly greeting of the ladies at check-in and the prompt arrangement of the next appointment.

So kind & caring

Everyone at the practice are so kind & caring always trying to put me at ease. It's a pleasure to go and meet up with them (Not so much the treatment itself lol.).

Comforting atmosphere

Was very comforting experience, both of the people taking care of me were helpful. I am normally nervous but felt relieved with the comforting atmosphere which was provided. Also felt like they took time and a lot of effort to not rush and do a good job.

Best practice I have ever been to

From the moment I arrived the staff at The Courtyard were, as always, outstanding: friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. I've been coming here for a very long time after having previously lived in various parts of the UK and can honestly say this is the best practice I have ever been to for both clinical practice and customer service.
