Lorna always goes above and beyond each and every time. I was worrying once I had missed my date so messaged her personally not realising it was her day off and she checked the appointments for my wife and sorted it; incredible.

Feels like a spa visit
Warm and welcoming. Feels like a spa visit rather than to the dentist. Always a good thing! The advanced tech is very impressive and good to have all explained in plain English. Kirsty always smiling always professional and very personable. All staff equally helpful and friendly. Love the new relaxing aroma scent that fills the room.

Outstanding customer service
Where do I begin? Relaxing and welcoming building with comfortable and pleasant decor/furnishings. Reception staff always friendly and bubbly, professional dentists and support staff (one of whom even sang to me!). After 43 years of hating going to dentists, Courtyard have truly transformed the end to end patient experience so much so that I’ll miss going as regular now my treatment is almost complete. Had 2 no-quibble appointments around correcting work slightly and have to say I’m more than impressed with every single member of staff I have had the pleasure of meeting, outstanding customer service and would highly recommend.

Welcoming and helpful
The staff on the desk and clinical support staff previously known were all welcoming and helpful. Anna the dentist was very reassuring also.
I was initially offered an appointment with a hygienist but requested a dentist. This was agreed. Thank you.
