Highly recommend a visit to Dr Suma. She instantly put my 10yr old at ease and was reassuring, answering questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. She was patient and explained everything throughout the procedure (after checking if my daughter wanted to know what was happening or not).
My daughter called her "a really lovely and kind Doctor" in the car on the way home which speaks volumes!

Sleep Clench Inhibitor (SCi)
I had problems with my jaw, neck and shoulders as I was grinding my teeth in sleep.
I was at a routine dental appointment at the Longwood House clinic and whilst waiting for my appointment near the reception, something came up about mouth guard for grinding teeth - spoke to Dr Ahmed about it and she showed me her Sleep Clench Inhibitor and told me it’s benefits.
A few months later, I booked an appointment to see Dr Ahmed for the SCi. The SCi was custom fit and the tailored design coupled with the soft inner lining for optimal comfort whilst wearing.
The bespoke SCi system works to eliminate symptoms I was experiencing and the pain is relieved by this mouth guard.
I’ve had the SCI for a month and it has reduced my symptoms and is definitely one step better than a mouth guard.
Always such a pleasant experience going to Longwood House Dental Care.
