Exceptional service received by Dr Patel
Exceptional service received by Dr Patel throughout my teeth aligning journey.
Highly professional, personable, courteous and knowledgeable, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Patel to my friends and family.
I’ve now been a patient for just under two years, exclusively with Dr Patel and without a doubt, this is by far the best dental experience I’ve had.

Dr Shah at Dental Solutions provides excellent consultation and solution to any dental issues. He is very well experienced and demonstrates professionalism in his dealings with patients.
From my past experience getting through to reception on phone and getting urgent appointments can be challenging, however once the appointment is booked the treatment I found to be very good.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with your treatment.
It is not uncommon for a weak tooth to break off during an extraction. Sometimes, the dentist will ask the patient to leave the root in the gum unless it causes issues. Alternatively , if the patient is experiencing pain, the dentist will refer to an oral surgeon for the root to be extracted. I understand that this can be overwhelming for a patient.
The dentist did examine you a few days later to ensure that your gum was healing well. She also asked you to book an appointment in a few weeks time so she can carry out an exam and also review the healing of your socket.
Please contact the practice if you are in pain and we will ensure you are seen at the earliest. Please feel free to ask for me if you wish to discuss your concerns further.
