Dental Solutions Ilford

Arrived 10 minutes late to the appointment. There seemed to be no grace period. Hygienist was not the most friendly or nice. Felt the appointment was very rushed and more painful. Paid about £85 for the appointment and did not receive the best service or quality. I don’t think I’ll ever be booking another appointment at Dental Solutions again.

I am sorry that you were unhappy with the service.

Hygiene appointments are 30 minutes long which gives the hygienist ample time to carry out treatment and give oral health advice.
Unfortunately, you arrived 17 minutes late which meant the hygienist felt the need to rush to be able to carry out the treatment as she would then run late with the next patient.
Had she completed the treatment on only one section of your mouth, you would have needed to come back again and there would have been another charge. She was trying to avoid this.

I appreciate that you felt rushed .Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I will pass on your concerns to the hygienist.

Amazing service

I visited the hygienist while fasting and this hygienist was super caring and considerate. Very professional.
I was very nervous and she made me feel comfortable and calm.
Would highly recommend.

Dental Solutions Ilford

I was in a lot of pain after my appointment, the dentist gave me no medication after starting my root canal treatment. I was in a lot of pain, crying and screaming. I called and asked to be seen asap, I’m a student (17) the receptionist was telling me I have to pay £60 to be seen. I was crying so badly, instead of comforting me she told me there’s nothing she can do. My mother took the phone and asked for antibiotics, a whole 40 minutes later my medication was ready. I’m so disappointed with the customer service, this dentist has no care for their customers, it’s absolutely disgusting.
