Being able to get an appointment fairly quickly, & also the dentist saw me during his lunch break today. I had a slight problem with my cap and he corrected the issue. Very good. I feel valued as a customer!

Nothing stood out it was a terrible experience!
He was not able to explain what was wrong and no cure, all he said was book an appointment with hygienist which was very appropriate for him but in this times of financial crisis its easy for them to say spend £80 and it will be sorted!
I have been going to this dentist for years, how did they miss my problem none of them could pick it up till today?
He was very sarcastic as well.
Overall not going back to him.

I was greeted by a very kind young dentist who explained to me, treated me, ended the pain that I had been suffering for more than 5 days and clarified my doubts very well, and also suggested the best treatment to follow within three months. Both I and my husband are grateful for the excellent service he provided us. At reception the receptionist was very kind to us too. Thank you to everyone who treated us so kindly today.

I was waiting to be served, while 3 receptionists were busy yapping way and looking at me, after a few mins I was spoken to.
Service I received was below par. I STILL have a lot of pain, will be ringing again for better services from a different dentist without paying extra.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt unhappy with the service. We try our best to accommodate patients with pain even when their own dentist is unavailable.
When you called the practice yesterday complaining of pain, the receptionist booked you an emergency appointment for the same day with one of the dentists as your dentist was not in.
The dentist carried out an exam, took an x-ray and carried out an extirpation and placed a dressing on the affected tooth. He also discussed the different treatment options with you. You were not charged as you have an HC2 certificate. You were also booked for an appointment with your own dentist for further treatment.
As your treatment has yet to be completed, it is normal to experience some sensitivity. If you are in pain , please call us so we can be of assistance. If you need to discuss any aspect of your treatment please feel free to call the practice on 02084781050.
