A great service

My dentist Dr Brian Simmons is very skillful at his job. He and the dental nurse provide a great service to the patients in pain. They have great empathy and happy to answer any questions. The reception staff are also very kind and helpful.

My experience

By the way the dentist was very experienced and extracted my tooth so easily even I had some complications. But when I called for an appointment, a lady immediately refused and when I told her I would do it in private, I got an hour.
He asked me for between £80 and £120 to withdraw. But when the dentist examined me and asked me to pay £162. I was in so much pain that there was no choice.

We are currently not accepting NHS patients as our NHS capacity is full. Every day we ensure we have emergency appointments for both our existing NHS patients and our private patients. As you had never been under our care, you were given a private emergency appointment. Extractions start at £120 and patient's are charged based on the level of complexity. Reception staff can therefore only give an approximate cost. I am sorry if this was not conveyed to you clearly.

Very quick and efficient service

I was seen on time, in fact, before my appointment time. Also I really like to receive the call on Friday for reminder. Also received the text message for the reminder as well. Very quick and efficient service.

Fully explains the procedure

As a nervous patient Brian always has the ability to make me feel calm and at ease. He will fully explain the procedure (and cost) and whilst carrying out the work will ask if you are ok. Thank you!
