Always so friendly and welcoming

Receptionist Bharti. She is always so friendly and welcoming. A familiar face. Mr Shah also, our whole family have been seeing him for over 20 years, he is also a familiar face.

Great service.
But as you climb upstairs, there are no bannisters on the second part of the stairs. Difficult for disabled people.
Please fix this.

Hands down the best

I absolutely love the reminders sent before the meeting. Dr Shah is hands down the best dentist around. The receptionists are also very lovely and accommodating.
