They are very good, the Dr is very good, he is doing his job properly, all staff is nice specially reception staff is very good. I am very happy, thanks all staff members.

It’s pleasant to be met by smiling faces, kudos to the reception team Shivangi and Ruby …
And also its my second visit with Rimsha the hygienist who has always done an exemplary job, she takes not only the time and effort to clean scale polish but has given me amazing advice on how to brush and floss effectively and also takes the time to show you how to use the products. And the nurse Agne was friendly and very gentle as well

For someone who has a real phobia about anything to do with dentists due to a bad childhood experience, Dr. Brian Simmonds has made my visits and treatments so easy to cope with. He is so kind, reassuring, gentle when treating, and such a professional that I never want to go to a different dentist ever again. He knows about my phobia and explains everything to me before treatment and makes sure I am ok with whatever he is doing. Thank you Dr. Brian and all the other staff at Dental Solutions.

Dentist is good but the waiting time is terrible, often waiting 30-45 minutes after the appointment time to be seen. The attitudes of the receptionists are always blunt and rude. On two occasions I have heard them talk about a patient, which is not professional at all, especially with other patients present who can hear.
