Very professional and excellent customer service and support. Especially to the practice manager Dhivya who provided great after care. Facilities are clean and the dentists are very polite and friendly.
14/07/23 - thank you to Rimsha for the air polish treatment today. Very professional and very caring approach.
18/10/25 - I just wanted to say a big thank you to Shaheen for understanding our situation. She listened to me attentively showed great compassion to the challenges we face. She was true to her word and went over and beyond to see what "solution" she could provide.
She acted quickly and made all the relevant inquiries to help minimise the chances of any risk to my wife. She was always honest and clear in communication.
It was a great experience of excellenct customer service and we are quick to complaint but never quick to provide praise.
Thanks you again Shaheen. For me the outcome is not always the main factor it is the willingness to try and accommodate the patient - which she did. That's all I asked.

I am happy with the treatment I received at Dental Solutions by Dr Prakash Ahuja. Reception staff was also very friendly.
I have very recently got my implant done here by Dr. Prakash Ahuja, who has done the job in highly professional manner and with great perfection. I also want to mention about nurse Kuljeet, who knows her job very well, put me at ease during the treatment. I am very happy and satisfied. Thank you 👍

From the staff at the front desk to the dentist, everyone is so friendly, patient and welcoming. Salma Simmons was great! She made me feel very comfortable, explained everything in a kind manner and had such a wonderful approach . Would definitely recommend dental solutions.

Wisdom teeth removed and implants done - My oral surgeon, Mr Prem Nair, provided a detailed treatment plan, undertook complex surgery very efficiently and followed up the next day with a personal call to ensure no adverse reaction to surgery. The reception staff were excellent especially Kirsten and the whole treatment process was expertly handled by the practice manger Divya. I would recommend the surgery and Mr Prem Nair particularly for complex implants.

I'm terrified to visit the dentist as I explained 1 million times to the receptionist named Amnah (sorry if I'm wrong) She was absolutely amazing and made me feel 100% comfortable and made sure that its ok! (Hard to find good people like this!!) I appreciate it very much :). Brian is an amazing Dentist and explained everything well at my appointment. I recommend Dental Solutions 100% to anyone living in the Ilford area.
