I completed my orthodontic treatment yesterday. Dr Avani Patel was excellent. She was professional and skillful. The other members of the team such as the nurses and receptionists are efficient and helpful. My treatment lasted just over two years and the result is amazing. I am dentist, so Avani gets a dentists seal of approval from me!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Shaheen for understanding our situation. She listened to me attentively and showed great compassion to the challenges we face. She was true to her word and went over and beyond to see what "solution" she could provide.
She acted quickly and made all the relevant inquiries to help minimise the chances of any risk to my wife. She was always honest and clear in communication.
It was a great experience of excellent customer service and we are quick to complaint but never quick to provide praise.
Thank you again Shaheen. For me, the outcome is not always the main factor, it is the willingness to try and accommodate the patient - which she did. That's all I asked.

Receptionists are very rude and arrogant. Dentists are always running late and never really that interested in NHS work but rather they try to get you to have private paid treatment.
