I had a great experience at this dental clinic.
The clinic is very clean and well organised, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
Special thanks to Dr. Tasneem, who was honestly the best part. She is highly professional. She really cares about the patient, constantly checking if I was feeling any pain or discomfort, and she never rushed the treatment. She gave me all the time I needed.
I truly felt I was in safe hands. Highly recommended!

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Alex the dentist always offers really good advice. It’s a very nice experience visiting the dentist at Oakland’s!

My experience
Turned up for my 'family appt' only to be told it had been cancelled. Apparently I had called last week and cancelled my appointment of which I had not. Luckily I was given another 20mins waiting time which I took. Accidents happen but we got seen. General booking waiting times are long as it is. Please double check the appointment and client to ensure the correct persons file is being updated accurately.

Highly skilled in their field
Brilliant, supportive, professional staff. My dentist Claire, and dental nurse Claire I am unable to fault. Highly skilled in their field but also in communication and interaction. All vital when dealing with anxious, nervous people. I went in almost in tears, within minutes I felt safe. Thank you
