As far as all my dental experiences go with all the previous staff, my first experience with the new staff was excellent, felt like I had been with for years, looking forward to all my future appointments

A fantastic appointment

Tom is just the best!
From entrance and being greeted by the reception staff, to low wait times, cheerful greeting from the nurse and good explanation of treatment, this was a fantastic appointment.

Check up

I saw a new lady today, I came in with my two sons for our check up. We have been seeing Stella for the last 5 years or so. But I believe she has retired. The lady we saw today, we were really happy with her as I am a nervous customer so any change can make me a little nervous.

My experience

I felt that the time spent with both the hygienist and the dentist was shorter than usual. This is just my opinion, whether this is right or not.

An excellent dentist

Oaklands has been my dentist for many years and the make over has improved the experience. Alex is an excellent dentist as are all the staff.

My experience

Was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. Appointment itself felt very rushed - dentist did not offer a mouth rinse or some tissue after cleaning my teeth (something which my previous dentist Stella would always do).
Reception staff however were very efficient, polite and friendly.

My experience

Wrong appointment booked. Paid to be told I need a filling- that I was supposed to be booked in for. No polish and scrub- despite it being stated on the bill. No offers to rectify anything just ‘£190’ for your next appointment. Poor.
