My experience

The patient has Alzheimer's, so difficult to get him to engage. The dentist, Claire, was excellent and so patient with him.

Amazing team

Your team are amazing, very friendly, happy and make customers feel safe. Alex and his nurse are kind and considerate when explaining things, as well as always there if I need to contact them after treatment.

My experience

Six-monthly check. I believe the dentist has only just begun work here, so is maybe still settling in. I also understood that the computer system may have been down. However, the dentist asked questions which seemed to indicate that my records had not been read beforehand.
