Very happy with treatment and advice given by Mayuri Mirji. My appointment was 8:45am and I waited 10 minutes. Which was a surprise being an early appointment.

My experience

I wish I had known I was seeing a Dental Therapist rather than a Dentist as well into the procedure, she said she couldn't drill close to the nerve and did I want a temp filling? A temp filling had just been removed? We opted for a temp lining and a permanent filling which may need to be looked at next check up. I would rather have left it and saved £47 and just have it done and not have to worry about possibly having it done again.

Brilliant dentist

Oakland Dental is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They are very professional and, most importantly, caring and friendly. Tom and Jo put me at ease. As I am a very anxious person. I’ve had a lot of work done and I am very pleased with the outcome. Tom and Jo are lovely people. Oakland dentist, I definitely recommend. The reception team are very friendly and helpful. Tom is a brilliant dentist, such a nice guy, and Jo is a lovely assistant.

Had a 1st visit today at the dental practice. Was seen on time, the dentist was very thorough. Had x-rays and tooth clean.
Back next week for dinner treatment.

Five star service

As ever another totally professional encounter with Tom. I have total confidence in Tom and the team at Oaklands Dental Surgery. The Reception/Admin Team are so polite and helpful and the five star service continues in the surgery. With immense skill and such patience Tom transformed two damaged teeth and the repair showed great expertise and skill. Very pleased with every aspect of this surgery.

My experience

Booked appointment online for myself, my wife and my son 2 months prior to appointment. Rang up on morning of appointment to check the appointment time only to be told appointment had only been made for me. Arrived at surgery and checked in. The nurse called out my son's name, booked new appointment as I need a tooth removing was given appointment. A couple of days later got texted a cancellation for which I texted back book now. Turned up at surgery for this appointment to find has been given to somebody else. Another wasted journey costing me time and money in fuel. Not happy. Since this takeover your service is absolutely shocking.
