An emergency appointment

Friendly, professional

The appointment was on time, the examination was conducted in a friendly, professional manner and the way forward fully discussed and mutually agreed to my complete satisfaction. All members of staff were cheerful, friendly and utterly competent and professional.

I've had to book 2 emergency appointments due to toothache, on both occasions I have been dealt with care and understanding. Sophie on reception is lovely and has gone out of her way with my appointments
