Why is the reception desk so high the receptionists cant even see over it, check out reception at fulwood hospital please. Plus there was no mention my dentist had retired i'm sure a quick mention who i was seeing and a bit about them at reception would have been nice, front of house experience is poor, a polite greeting would make going to the dentist a little bit better.

Getting my dental braces fitted was an absolutely 5-star experience from start to finish! I was a little nervous beforehand, but the team at Oaklands made me feel completely at ease.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. They explained every step of the fitting process clearly, answering all my questions with patience and genuine care. The fitting itself was much quicker and more comfortable than I anticipated. The dental hygienist and orthodontist were incredibly gentle and meticulous, ensuring everything was perfectly in place.
I'm so impressed with how smoothly everything went, and I left feeling confident and excited about my smile transformation. If you're considering braces, I highly recommend Oaklands Dental Practice Tag Lane, Ingol , Preston – they truly provide an outstanding service!

The dentist was absolutely fine but cannot believe how much it is now even as an NHS patient. You basically have to pay private dentist prices for anything other than a basic grey filling or crown.

My experience
Although I was happy with my dental treatment. I was somewhat angered that I need to pay you the full amount of £66 just to book my next hygienist appointment. Happy to pay a deposit, but for you to have full amount for 3 months in your account I find somewhat unfair practice.
