Polite and caring
As always, I was welcomed in by the receptionists. My appointment wait wasn't too long. I was dealt with politely and caringly throughout. The surgery is clean and bright, and the treatment rooms are all extremely clean and tidy.

Review for Oaklands Dental Surgery
As an NHS patient, I found again that I was seeing yet another dentist.
I found the experience very worrying due to the attitude and the way he spoke to the dental nurse
He started examining inside my mouth, then suddenly sprayed my back teeth, causing me anxiety due to sensitivity, but he didn’t explain that this is what he would do.
He took X-rays of the right side, ok but the left one, he put the plate in my mouth, and it cut into my gum.

I have now requested a private dentist as this isn’t the first time I have experienced rude dentists at this practice. It feels like they employ someone who doesn’t care in order for people to move to private dentistry

Came in for a filling, and I was well taken care of by the staff at Oaklands. Everything was explained to me in detail, and the appointment was a great experience.

Yet again a great visit to both the dentist and hygienist. Lovely people, very efficient, welcoming, and they both put you at ease. They listen to you and I feel at ease with both Tom and Simeon. All the staff at the practice are lovely.
