My experience

So a while back I made an emergency appointment because I was in pain. I saw this dentist and he did nothing, let me walk out in pain, so I rung the NHS, they said they could not treat me whilst I’m registered with you so I rung your reception and she was lovely and knew how much pain I was in. She made an appointment with another dentist. She told me that I was to either have a root canal or have it removed so I chose root canal! So you book me in with the dentist previously to do a root canal. I’ve waited two months and booked time off work and guess what, he did nothing yet again. This is multiple appointments for nothing and charging me! He had no intention of doing a root canal as a lady walked in and said something about another appointment and said I will see her in 15 mins, unbelievable. I've been with Oaklands for over 30 years and never had this experience before, sign of the times I suppose
