Hygienist

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to the hygienist. The treatment felt rushed, and I left without the usual feeling of clean, refreshed teeth that I expect after a dental appointment. Instead I felt like I was being fobbed off rather than receiving thorough care. I value a hygienist who takes the time to ensure proper treatment and patient satisfaction, but unfortunately, my recent experience did not meet that standard. Given that patients are now required to pre-pay the full amount before attending, I would expect a level of care that reflects that commitment. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of its service to better support patient needs.

I've never ever left the surgery in tears before until my last appointment. I advised the new dentist that I am sensitive. I had to ask him to stop a few times. It was a very painful experience

Very welcoming

Quick, efficient service. I was called to be seen spot on my appointment time. The hygienist and his support staff were very welcoming and introduced themselves when I entered the room. Each procedure was explained prior to action .

I was very impressed

My first visit to Oaklands. I was very impressed. Easy parking. Lovely premises and all of the staff were very kind, welcoming and pleasant. I arrived very anxious but am sure will turn up for my next appointment feeling much less apprehensive.
