I have had root canal work done by Alex this was over two hour long sessions. He was very professional, and caring and made me feel safe talking me through a very difficult procedure. I feel very lucky that he is my dentist

Five appointments. Excellent care and outcomes at four of them. I was somehow forgotten on the fourth one, which was a waste of a £20 taxi fare, but nobody’s perfect.

A fun experience
Who knew tooth extractions could be so much fun! Dr Alex and his wonderful assistant whose name I didn’t get (sorry) made me feel at ease and was such a fun experience.
Both are a huge credit to this dental practice, they deserve a pay rise

My hygienist is brilliant
Once again a perfect treatment. Always explains what's being done. I have very sensitive teeth but my hygienist is brilliant because she does my cleaning dry without the cold air equipment

Saw Chris, a new Dentist. He was very nice but again there was definitely a sales pitch going on and not sure I like that. Pushing the cost of a private scale and polish before offering NHS.

When we arrived the car park was full so we had to park across the road. The waiting room was also full with no available seats. The consultation was very efficient and quick but did feel a bit rushed.

Calm, friendly atmosphere
What is immediate on registering on arrival, is the calm, friendly atmosphere of Oaklands. The waiting room is beautifully appointed and capacious. The treatment room is spacious, airy and light; clearly, all equipment is up-to-date. My dentist Tom, is reassuring, gentle, informative and listens to questions answering them fully and patiently.
The entire experience is top class.
