Reception helpful and Alex is always cheerful and pleasant and knows his clients. His advice and knowledge is always in the interest of the customer. I have always received pleasant and good service for years and consistent.

My experience

I was asked to sign a document when I arrived for a check up. When I read it, it was agreeing to contact me in various ways with promotional material. I do not want this and feel it should have been made clear. I almost felt duped.
My check up with a new dentist felt less detailed than normal. I was offered fillings for wear and tear and another for a possible decay patch together with " we can do that for £x".
All I want is to trust that the opinions offered are for medically necessary procedures and am concerned about the upfront financials.
I am uncomfortable with the change in emphasis in the practice and wonder if it is related to its change in status.
And this morning I got an email from a mailing list promoting dental implants.
I am not impressed!

Please advise why the payment was double without the treatment? Advise if it is legal to take money before treatment? Don’t understand your payments.

Good experience, very thorough

Good experience from reception and dentist. Chris was very thorough and explained all aspects of examination and treatment and costs. Reception met my needs for next appointment.
