I always feel at ease

I've been coming to Oaklands for probably 20 years plus. It's always friendly and the staff are always very helpful. Stella, has always made it very easy for me to relax, and I always feel at ease when I either just have my check up or I'm having work done.

Respectful and friendly

I arrived early to be greeted by a lovely, friendly receptionist. It was very busy and the 2 receptionists did an amazing job, they remained respectful and friendly the whole time. My dentist and assistant were also friendly, great experience overall

My experience

I came in a couple of months ago with an infection. I received antibiotics and rang up the following day to be referred for tooth extraction. Because the dentist that saw me wasn’t in nobody else wanted to do it so it was forgotten. I have today had to pay again for another appointment just so I could get more antibiotics. If I had been referred for extraction I would not have needed more antibiotics. Dentist at fault but customer not only suffers with pain but also has to pay. Very poor!

I liked my practitioner. He put me at ease for my treatment and took his time. The dental nurse was also very nice.
