Very reassuring

Alex is a brilliant dentist as is his nurse. Very reassuring, tells you what’s going on. Smile when you go in, listen to what I say, explain things so I understand, he even sings a bit to the music ( which is also good to have on in the background ). I like the fact he has said on numerous occasions how well I look after my teeth. I hope he stays my dentist for a long time and doesn’t switch completely to private
