Great experience

It was my first visit to see Tom, and it was a great experience. He put me at ease immediately and explained all he was doing very clearly. I had an xray and afterwards Tom took the time to go the results and explain the results. I felt very much 'at home'. Also Jo his assistant was very pleasant and friendly.

My experience

I did get there early as there was road works en route and I felt that I would be late if did errands first. Saw hygienist first, excellent service. Unfortunately 1/2 hour wait till saw dentist but felt not worth leaving. 25 minutes AFTER my appointment time, I made enquiries to see if I had been forgotten, was told I wasn’t and I would be next. Just thought I would have been nice to know 1/2 hour delay on top of 1/2 between appointments, I could have gone and got some stuff done. But cannot fault hygienist and her staff and dentist and his staff.

Very good experience

The experience was very good with my appointment being on time and the dentist Alex being helpful as always and the staff at the reception being easy to approach and helpful for my next braces appointment.
