I found my experience as always very good. Your staff are very pleasant and most helpful. So sad to hear of Stella's retirement, she is such a good Dentist and a very lovely lady. Happy retirement.

Appointment got changed twice which I wasn’t happy about. Ended up seeing another dentist. Who was very good, friendly and patient.

My experience

Absolutely appalling- in 50 years of going to the dentist this has to have been the worst experience I have ever had. The dentist was very abrupt and rude and extremely rough and vigorous for a small surface filling. The amount of anesthetic was so excessive my face looked like I had a stroke and I couldn’t speak at all. 24hours later my jaw is still very sore and bruised. The dentist was rude to his assistant.

Oaklands Dental Surgery

Very happy with my appointment and I was pleased I went through at the time I was scheduled or near the time. Was grateful they showed me how to fill in the form to confirm I’m on universal credit so I’m not having to pay for treatment.
Stella has always given good advice on my teeth and I am grateful to her for the years of service she has given to my family and looking after our teeth. I wish her the best in retirement.

An incredible Dentist

Thank you to an incredible Dentist! Stella has been my Dentist for I think around 15 years now and she has always made this nervous patient feel calm and instantly at ease, with her friendly and welcoming demeanour, professionalism and honesty.
I will miss you… Enjoy your retirement.

Simeon hygienist and Lucy assistant both exceedingly pleasant and welcoming. Very professional and thorough and careful as it didn’t hurt. Excellent both of them.
