Welcoming, approachable
Reception staff friendly, welcoming, approachable but totally professional. Dentist and nurse were perfect at putting me at ease and explaining all procedures so ensuring I felt able to relax and trust I was in safe hands. Totally focused on patient care.

Alex is brilliant, I’ve had him for years now

Ticked all the boxes
I moved to Oaklands Dental Surgery after many years at a different practice, where the treatment had deteriorated considerably over time ( the older dentists retired gradually and the "new" ones lacked any sort of care, experience and interest ).
Oaklands after many appointments and treatments tick all the boxes in every aspect of dental care, they are professional, courteous and widely experienced, and have restored my confidence and trust going forward in the future.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Emergency appointment
The dentist Zaahra Desai was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable, she put me completely at ease. It was good to get an emergency appointment straight away as well.

My experience
The receptionist did not have a very friendly manner and was very matter of fact.
However my hygienist was as always excellent I would also like to point out I’m in business myself and always treat my customers with the utmost respect.
I was not pleased with the apparent new system at having to pay upfront for my next appointment
