Everyone from the reception staff to my particular dentist, Dr Tom Gacesa and his assistant are friendly and professional and instil confidence in the treatment I receive. Everything is explained in advance of my treatment and I'm given encouragement to ask any questions if unsure or require clarification

Alex is a fantastic dentist, explains everything to you and puts you at ease as soon as you enter the room, what a lovely dentist, highly recommended, 5 stars for me

I was treated with respect
All the staff were very professional and friendly. I was treated with respect at all times. I was seen early. My dentist asked relevant questions and really listened to my answers. I was given the opportunity to ask questions which were fully answered and explained.

Brilliant service
As always, the staff are so lovely at Oaklands. I've just realised I've been attending for 30 years. I couldn’t be in better hands. Stella was as friendly and efficient as always and Julia was very welcoming. I rang at 8am, with toothache, and given an appointment, for four hours time. I have friends, who struggle to get such a brilliant service. I am immensely grateful to you all. I realise im very fortunate to be with Oaklands, especially given that there so many people struggling to find an NHS dentist.

I found the young lady who looked at my teeth was very patient and understood that I was very nervous. She explained a lot to me and I will follow her instructions. Thank you. Needed a dentist for so long.

Mum is 94 and her appointment had been cancelled but the surgery had been unable to contact her. They managed to fit her in. We were so pleased
