A customer for over 40 years
Been a customer of this practice for over 40 years with NHS. Had twice yearly check ups in all this time except during covid. Always been well looked after.

A routine appointment
Reason for attending the dentist, it was a normal routine appointment. I arrived on time after completing health & medical consent forms on line. Within seconds of arrival I was invited into the dentists environment, a quick inspection & review of oral hygiene was done and the appointment was concluded without the need for treatment.

The surgery is excellent with a very professional service. It would help if the pre-appointment health questionnaire could be populated with information which has already been provided on previous questionnaires rather than me providing the same information each time.

Wonderful care
As a patient of Oaklands Dental practice for many years I have always had wonderful care and compassionate interactions with the staff. This most recent visit was no different. My only complaint would be the requirement to complete medical questionnaires every time I attend. No idea why this is not maintained on my records. The questionnaire on this visit was full of irrelevant questions about what I may be interested in- obviously a sales pitch for the private part of the practice. Less of this please.

I am so impressed by Oaklands Dental Surgery. I saw Dr Thomas Gacesa, who is a lovely man, who took the time to explain procedures and ensured that I understood all that was involved. The surgery is well resourced and all staff that I encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful
