I came as an emergency due to a gum infection, they saw me the same day and prescribed antibiotics. The dentist was very thorough.

My dentist was very professional
Very pleased with my first visit. As a patient with dental anxiety I felt very good and calm. My dentist was very professional explaining the treatment plan. Thank you very much.

Amazing with my 2 year old
Tom is amazing, always makes me feel welcome and at ease, he is very gentle and takes the time. He was also amazing with my 2 year old, very patient and took away any anxiety. The nurses and reception are always very nice and helpful too. Thank you as always!

My experience
On April 3rd 2024 I had a fall which broke my spectacles and damaged my denture. Despite numerous appointments at the surgery the dentist has still not provided me with a satisfactory replacement denture. At the latest appointment I was informed that the technician responsible for the replacement denture was off sick and it could be 2 months before he was back in post. I realise that it is a difficult task to produce a replacement but having spent £900 and waited 10 months there should be a more satisfactory outcome.

My experience
The dentist hygienist & technicians very good, the old problem is wait times at reception when staff talking, possibly training but should acknowledge customers. I waited on 3 occasions & was very upset, ignored while staff talking on 2 of the occasions

Alex is always both professional and approachable. I trust his judgement and advice. He is also very good with my children, inc my younger daughter who has SEND needs. Reception seemed to have improved this time (previously I have found them quite cold, not very welcoming).
