Excellent visit

Excellent exploratory visit; left with a clear picture of what could be done and at what cost. Tom and Jo were great at explaining the proposed procedure and I will undoubtedly proceed with the dental work as described.

Everybody was lovely

Very nervous and don't like dental treatment, however I was cared for and told what was happening and when in a timely manner. Everybody was lovely and understanding.

Great with our family

Dr Maduabuchi has been great with our family. She explains the treatment being carried out clearly. My daughter had chipped her front teeth and she has made a great job of reconstructing them.

Both Claire and Claire worked well together as a team as did Charlotte and Anna. I was surprised to note that the receptionists were not in uniform which is a pity as it does not present a professional appearance. I would have liked a breakdown of the services I received as the costs keep rising.

Very efficient on reception.
Appointment on time.
The hygienist was extremely pleasant, she explained every treatment and why it was necessary.
Good post treatment advice.
Cannot fault the hygienist at all.

Very thorough

The dentist is very thorough & puts you at ease. It took a 20 min telephone call to make the appointment & then it went to voicemail, but the receptionist rang me back.
